Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Thanks to the store delivery to the rostov region took less than a month-fast delivery. Quality is good. With the size a little wrong, but not critical. On the cocker spaniel 3 xl is great, but the dog will only grow for 1 year. The dog when they dressed did not want to move, and then nothing. They haven’t been in the rain yet. It has better quality than I expected. It’s plastic like the umbrella and fits the dog’s body well. In my case it comes a little big but it will go great. Size 3XL for a French Bulldog 10kg

Delivery to St. Petersburg super fast!!!! Received at the post office in 11 days. Cloak ordered the largest. I have two Rottweilers. The first dog weighs 35 kg. And the second 52 kg. The raincoat approached the two! The only thing in the second hood on the stomach is not to fasten. (very wide chest) but you can think of something and it’s not critical.
